Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the Pokopia interactive map

How do I use the interactive map?

Click any of the five area cards at the top to fly to that region. Use the filter panel on the left to toggle marker types by category (Locations, Collectibles, Items). Click a marker to view its details and jump to the corresponding item page.

What kinds of locations are marked on the map?

All 175 markers are grouped into 20 categories: Area Exits, Landmarks, Pokémon Centers, Workbenches (Locations); Diaries, Letters, Magazines, Newspapers, Notes, Papers, Photos (Collectibles); and Building Parts, Decor, Furniture, Kits, Materials, Misc, Recipes, Seeds, Utilities (Items).

Can I track which items I've already collected?

Yes. Click any marker, then press ✓ Collected to mark it as found. Your progress is saved locally on your device via localStorage — no account needed. Use Hide Collected in the filter panel to focus only on items you still need.

How do I find all Poké Ball locations?

Poké Ball rewards (recipes, kits, collectibles) are scattered across all 5 areas and appear as color-coded markers. Filter by Recipe, Kits, or Materials in the left panel to see the specific rewards you're hunting.

Why are some markers missing descriptions?

A small number of late-game markers (Sparkling Skylands, Palette Town) are still being documented by the community. We add detail as the game receives updates. All confirmed markers are precisely placed using in-game coordinates.

Which area should I explore first?

Withered Wastelands is the starting area and unlocks the most essential recipes early. From there, follow the story to Bleak Beach, Rocky Ridges, Sparkling Skylands, and finally Palette Town.
