Check the PC at Any Pokémon Center
On April 1st, interact with any Pokémon Center PC. A notification says the Pokémon want to do something different for the day. Check the Challenges menu for a Special Challenge.

Talk to Pokémon with Speech Bubbles
Pokémon with a speech bubble (ellipsis) over their heads will talk like a different Pokémon. After their impression, they'll ask you to guess who they were impersonating.

Get 3 Correct Answers
Answer 3 quizzes correctly to complete the Special Challenge. No penalties for wrong answers — many Pokémon will quiz you throughout the day.
